This is the Website of Dr. Claudio Del Giudice Italian Lawyer (Avvocato) and English Solicitor. As an Avvocato I am registered with the "Ordine degli Avvocati di Roma" (Rome Bar Association) only, on the other hand as an English Solicitor, I am regulated by the "Law Society" and the "Solicitors Regulation Authority".

I started my Website to make my published articles, on recent developments of Italian Law and Practice available to the British and and foreign public, generally.

These articles relate to developments in Italian property law and acquisitions, Italian inheritance and probate law, Italian general commercial and Italian company law and general debt collection.

Over the years my Website has evolved, and in addition to articles of immediate interest and recent legal developments, I have added articles of "structural" long term interest which I revise regularly.

I added articles on "Buying Italian Properties" that summarize the whole procedure and the main pitfalls to be avoided, articles on Italian Inheritance and Italian Probate Law that deal with the main legislation on Italian Succession. A section has been added on Italian Land ownership and on the current provisions of the Italian Civil Code "on being a good neighbour". other articles on Italian Company and Commercial Law will be added, in due course.

These are the matters in which my daily practice over the years has enabled me to acquire an insight and practical experience.

My website is in a state of permanent evolution, and I welcome comments from anyone who, having visited my site has any comments and hopefully benevolent suggestions. to anyone wishing to acquire or owning an Italian property, or inheriting an Italian Estate or generally interested in Italian commercial and company law.
